TRADE SCHOLARSHIP FUND APPLICATION SPRING 2024
This Modesto Chamber of Commerce Foundation Trade Scholarship Fund is designed to support students looking to continue their education toward a
Vocational Trade. Each scholarship will be awarded in the amount of $1,000. A trade job is defined as a job that is a specialized craft that requires advanced training
and education. Trade workers receive their education and training through apprenticeships, on-the-job training, specialized education programs, and/or vocational schools.
SCHOLARSHIP ELIGIBILITY AND REQUIREMENTS:
• The applicant resides in the greater Stanislaus County region.
• The applicant is seeking a certificate or degree in Vocational Trades,
(Construction School, Automotive School, Culinary School, Cosmetology School, etc.)
• High school, college, re-entry or continuing student.
• Completed application.
• The applicant must provide a one-page essay (not to exceed 500 words)

DEADLINE: The deadline to complete the scholarship application and essay is Monday, April 1, 2024, at 5:00 PM. Scholarship applications may be emailed to info@modchamber.org or hand delivered to 1114 J Street, Modesto, CA 95354. Scholarship award announcements will be made the week of April 15, 2024.
