Christine Haruta is an Associate Program Specialist for the Dibs program with the San Joaquin Council of Governments (SJCOG). Her focus is on Employer Outreach. Christine promotes the value and benefits of offering and using smart travel options to organizations and their employees in Stanislaus, San Joaquin and Merced Counties.
