Member Nominations *must be a Modesto Chamber Member
Recognizing excellence among Chamber members who have shown outstanding leadership, innovation, or community service.
- Non-Profit Organization of the Year
- Small Business of the Year Award
Community-Wide Nominations *open to Chamber Members and Community
Open to the Modesto community, celebrating businesses and individuals whose work has positively impacted the region.
- Excellence in Education
- Distinguished Service
- Citizen of the Year
How to Nominate:
- Choose Your Category: Select either the Chamber Member Category , Community-Wide Category or both.
- Complete the Nomination Form: Provide the nominee’s name, category, and a brief description of why they deserve the award.
- Submit the Form: Once complete, download and send your nomination to flopez@modchamber.org.
- Nomination Deadline:
All nominations must be submitted by January 6th 2025
